One of the biggest challenges in construction is to decide what layout is the best for your needs. We consider space, budget, and needs to create a unique plan special for you. We work with you until you are satisfied that ''this plan is for me''.
Plan Drafting
Even when you know what you want, presenting it is not always easy. You may have a hand drawn plan, or a PDF format where the scaling isn't correct.
Our highly skilled drafters will set you up a detailed presentation with floor plans, sections, and elevations, so you can pass it on to a RA or for bidding purposes etc.
3D Rendering
Hard to decide what to do, or need to present your future project for promotional purposes?
We will create for you a highly detailed 3d model, from the interior or exterior of your prospective project, and have your project come to life before you even start to build it.
"As Built" Plans
As the dust clears, sign off time approaches, plans need to be updated with the actual construction.
Last minute on-site changes are very common and need to be measured and documented.
Our professional team will do the job for you quickly and accurately to be resubmitted for a permit as quickly as possible, in order to get a C of O.
